Job summary

Chamonix Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek, CO is seeking a full-time janitorial/housekeeping associate. The role focuses on restroom sanitation, trash removal, and floor care across casino, spa, and pool areas.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, maintaining clean exterior areas, and ensuring punctual attendance. A valid driver’s license and safety training are required or to be completed within 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or housekeeping duties preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Hazardous materials and bloodborne pathogens training to be completed within 3–6 months.
• Knowledge of floor care machines such as buffers and extractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains guest and employee restrooms.
• Removes trash from casino and spa areas.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Cleans exterior areas including snow and ice removal.
• Monitors parking lots and outdoor receptacles for trash.
• Vacuums, sweeps, and mops casino and spa floors.
• Cleans Spa treatment rooms, locker rooms, and pool areas.
• Maintain punctual attendance to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide information and maintain good public relations with guests and staff.
