Job summary

Lucky Star Casino seeks a Security Supervisor to plan, organize, and coordinate daily security operations at our Clinton facility. This is a full-time position reporting to the Security Manager and classified as safety sensitive.

Responsibilities include organizing personnel, proposing policy improvements, and ensuring adequate security coverage and training as needed. A background in security and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education (prefer some college education).
• Minimum 3 years past experience in security related field.
• Good working knowledge of security equipment.
• Able to communicate well with people both oral and written.
• Good understanding of management practices and internal controls.
• Background in training and instructing.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Prepared to submit to background check and random drug testing.
• Dependable transportation.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• To organize and assign work activities of security personnel.
• To recommend changes in policy and procedures to insure security.
• To prepare proposals for manpower and equipment needs.
• To assist customers, personnel investigating criminal violations where this condition arises.
• Other duties as assigned.
