Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid New York State Security Guard License required.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to guests, employees, and visitors throughout the property.
• Patrol and monitor the property to help ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and assets.
• Observe and identify potential safety hazards, suspicious activity, security concerns, and gaming-related schemes or cheating.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate with appropriate personnel and outside agencies when necessary.
• Prepare accurate and timely written reports documenting security-related incidents.
• Escort and observe guests and employees when needed to ensure safety.
• Serve as dispatcher during emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Assist with safe transportation of company funds.
• Assist with opening and closing the gaming floor.
• Maintain familiarity with casino facilities, events, procedures, and regulations.
