Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service.
• Virginia Racing Commission license may be required.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of guests and employees in casino/hotel environment.
• Record investigations and incident reports promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to guests as needed.
• Assist with cash escorts and transfer of money/chips.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and ensure policy compliance.
