Responsibilities

• Provides leadership on shift to ensure service excellence and safety standards.
• Directs and coordinates Security Department activities to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Prepares schedules, assigns tasks, and maintains payroll records for security staff.
• Monitors compliance with Casino Control Commission regulations and company policies.
• Conducts investigations of incidents and supports law enforcement with required testimony when needed.
• Maintains liaison with Investigation Units and external partners as required.
