Golden Nugget Cripple Creek is seeking a Security Officer to protect casino assets and ensure guest safety in a fast-paced environment. This role operates within a shared tip pool earning an average of $2.50–$3.00 extra per hour and includes a $750 sign-on bonus.

The position requires a Colorado Gaming Support License and compliance with all applicable gaming laws. Responsibilities include following security protocols, conducting investigations, escorting transfers, patrolling multiple casino

Qualifications

• Colorado Gaming License required and ability to perform duties cheerfully and in a timely manner.
• Background checks and adherence to security protocols are required.

Responsabilités

• Protect casino assets and respond to guest and staff requests for security assistance.
• Follow security protocols to maintain a safe work environment and take direction from Security Lead.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and customer service with guests and employees.
• Investigate incidents: ask questions, collect statements, secure evidence, and log investigations accurately.
• Escort money/assets transfers on shift and assist with lifting or transporting assets as needed.
