Job summary

Mesquite Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment by being a visible deterrent to unlawful activity and by assisting guests and staff.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills (Word & Excel), willingness to work all shifts including weekends and holidays, and adherence to Nevada gaming regulations. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour for day and swing shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and regulations to protect assets and provide a safe environment.
• Investigate complaints and prepare written reports, may testify if needed.
• Maintain positive relations with other departments to resolve issues.
• Respond to calls for service using radio/phone to summon assistance.
• Provide escorts and protect customers and company personnel.
• Act as first responder in medical situations and provide aid.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
