Job summary

Isleta Resort & Casino seeks a Safety professional to help develop and promote a safe environment for guests and staff. You will implement policy changes while adhering to tribal, federal, state, and OSHA regulations, and maintain guest service standards.

You will lead safety trainings, conduct inspections, and coordinate monthly safety activities with departments to prevent hazards and incidents, ensuring ongoing compliance and safety improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years safety training experience required; casino environment preferred.
• Certifications in Industrial Safety, Fire Protection, and Life Saving Training must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety programs and ensure safe working conditions.
• Formulate safety standards and enforce procedures.
• Provide safety training and conduct inspections for hazards.
• Coordinate safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
