Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a friendly server to serve food and drinks in a casino dining setting. You will report to the Food & Beverage Shift Manager and work across shifts to provide a positive guest experience.

You will take orders, handle cash, manage basic math at the POS, communicate with team members, and help with side work and closing tasks. Able certification and English proficiency are required; previous server experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ABLE Certification is required.
• Experience in server/wait staff roles preferred.
• Must speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drink items and ensure correct temperature.
• Answer guests' questions on ingredients and allergy issues.
• Bus tables to keep the dining area ready for the next guest.
• Coordinate with wait staff, managers, and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Promote casino events and guide guests to casino areas.
• Perform closing tasks and maintain station cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
