Job summary

Silver Reef Casino, Resorts in Ferndale, WA is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage associate to deliver friendly service to guests. The role emphasizes POS experience, teamwork, and adherence to health and casino standards while supporting dining operations.

You will greet guests, refill beverages, clear plates, and help maintain a clean, efficient restaurant environment in a fast-paced setting, with a 25 lbs lift occasionally noted. Training probation applies.

Qualifications

• Prior Food and Beverage experience preferred
• Prior POS experience preferred
• Prior experience in a "team" environment preferred
• Acquire Food Handlers permit within 30 days of hire
• Must successfully complete 90 day probationary/training period to maintain employment

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly welcoming demeanor
• Have excellent menu and Casino Marketing events knowledge
• Refill beverages, deliver and clear dining plates
• Reset and maintain cleanliness of restaurant
• Represent the Silver Reef Casino, Resorts values and standards while on property
• Ability to work within a strong team environment
• Properly follow Casino and state regulations related to alcohol and health code compliance
• Perform any assigned or delegated duties in order to maintain restaurant cleanliness and flow of business
