Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking an EVS Floor Attendant to maintain public spaces and the casino environment in a clean, sanitary condition. You will work under the supervision of the EVS Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include trash removal, carpet cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, and reporting maintenance needs. Flexibility for holidays, weekends, and varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Two months of on-the-job training or related janitorial experience.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain public and team member areas in a clean, sanitary condition.
• Collect trash, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean surfaces.
• Restroom sanitation and stocking supplies.
• Observe and report maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Assist in emergencies and provide coverage as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in shift duties.
