Qualifications

• Must have previous and extensive work experience as a Prep Cook in a high-volume line cooking or production cooking.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Vocational/Technical/Business certification preferred.
• Certificate: Food Handler’s or ServSafe Card and negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food/menu items for guest consumption following approved recipes and standards.
• Maintain food, equipment and kitchen areas to health codes and casino standards.
• Direct prep cooks and train team members on workstations.
