Job Description Summary

As the EVS Porter, you play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the Environmental Services department by maintaining the cleanliness of guest and team member areas. You contribute to delivering excellent guest service, upholding sanitation standards, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and attractive environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including slot machines, chairs, slot stands, fixtures, signs, mirrors, and light fixtures (up to 9 feet).
• Clean public restrooms: wipe surfaces, sanitize toilets/urinals, empty trash containers, and restock paper products.
• Remove debris from floors and walkways; vacuum carpets; mop, sweep, and scrub floors as needed.
• Stock cleaning supplies and empty/clean trash containers regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.

• Frequent lift/carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.
