Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is hiring a friendly server to provide food and beverage service in our restaurant. You will greet guests, promote positive guest relations, and perform duties in line with Gaming Commission regulations and tribal policies.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of high-volume service. You should deliver a service level that makes guests want to return and create a memorable entertainment experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of high volume service.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
• Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
• Other assignments as directed.
