This role requires a friendly, guest-focused attitude, knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ongoing certifications such as food handler's card and alcohol awareness training are encouraged, with weekend and holiday shifts common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by gaming authorities.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with exposure to smoke and crowd noise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following standard recipes.
• Follow alcohol safety standards and check IDs to enforce minimum drinking age.
• Stock supplies, clean glassware, and maintain bar station.
• Uphold cleanliness and promote a fun, safe guest environment.
• Process guest payments for beverages and related services.
