Job summary
Golden Eagle Casino is seeking a maintenance worker responsible for the upkeep of the casino building and equipment. Duties include replacing lights, repairing walls, and performing preventative maintenance on various machines and systems.
The role supports event setup and daily operations across multiple areas of the casino. Ideal candidates have basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, grounds keeping skills, and a valid driver license.
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of maintenance skills and equipment.
- Must have basic electrical skills.
- Must have basic mechanical skills.
- Grounds keeping knowledge preferred.
- Housekeeping skills required.
- Must be able to learn casino floor schematics.
- Must have valid driver license.
Responsibilities
- Replaces lights throughout casino buildings and offices.
- Repairs damaged walls and paints walls as needed.
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment (mowers, carts, etc.).
- Constructs partitions, cabinets, and shelves as assigned.
- Maintains shop, tool storage, and cleanliness.
- Delivers and replaces soda syrup and CO2 at drink stations.
- Assists with setup and teardown of events and entertainment spaces.
- Operates motorized equipment safely.
- Winter snow and ice removal as needed.
- Responds to maintenance emergencies per supervisor.
