Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide superior guest service and information on casino events and amenities.
• Safely pick up and return guests to their vehicles.
• Drive fleet vehicles including vans, shuttle buses, golf carts, and GEM vehicles for guests and team members.
• Rent scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers to guests.
• Answer phones and dispatch Island Ride calls by radio.
• Keep vehicles fueled and clean (interior/exterior).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
