Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar/restaurant/nightclub preferred.
• In-depth wine and alcohol knowledge preferred.
• Must obtain required certifications (Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness, BBP) and maintain compliance trainings.
• GILA WAY: Greet, interact, listen, and appreciate guests.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to guests.
• Answers menu or beverage questions posed by guests.
• Maintains knowledge of the dining or beverage menu and any specials.
• Observes guests and anticipates needs, completing all steps of service.
• Maintains knowledge of offerings to answer questions accurately.
• Maintain dependable attendance with minimal lateness.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
