The ideal candidate will have prior dealer or supervisory experience in a licensed NJ gaming environment, strong leadership, and a commitment to responsible gaming.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated leadership ability
• Experience as dealer/box/floor/pit manager or instructor in a licensed NJ gaming environment
• Knowledge of casino game rules and CCC/DGE regulations

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission regulations, federal and state laws, and company policies.
• Deliver professional guest service in all interactions.
• Ensure responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• As Casino Supervisor, oversee table game operations and staff assignments.
• Resolve disputes between customers and dealers and ensure compliance with internal controls.
