Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of all games on the casino floor, including rules and cheating methods.
• Strong understanding of theoretical win and at least one count system.
• Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external guest service through core values.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate, and manage employees.
• Oversee the development of daily schedule for operations.
• Assist in establishing gaming policies and procedures to assure security.
• Maintain knowledge of the status of all assigned games.
