Qualifications

High School diploma or better.
Technical/other training or equivalent.
LA Non-Licensed

Responsibilities

Exercises supervisory control over Floor People, Lead Cashiers, Cashier in their designated area.
Enforces policies and procedures.
Safeguard of all assets in their control.
Approves slot machine payoffs and fills.
Observes and evaluates slot personnel.
Verifies and signs checkout reports and booth buys.
Supervises a unit of subordinate employees in an assigned work area.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
