Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of table procedures.
• Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps.
• Knowledge of fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
• Knowledge of Internal Controls, Title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
• Strong leadership to supervise dealers.
• Continued training sessions required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.
• Train employees; appraise performance; reward and discipline.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain safe, efficient and customer-focused table game operations.
