Job summary

Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel is seeking a Drop Team Member to perform daily soft and hard count drops on the casino floor, including slots, kiosks, and blind drops. You will follow Internal Control Standards and company policies while supporting a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications include ability to obtain the Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming license, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming Commission license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Windows).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Drop setup.
• Performs daily drops on the casino floor (slot machines, kiosks, and blind drop).
• Follows Internal Control Standards (ICS) and casino policies and procedures for drops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Preference given to Santa Ana Tribal Members.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming Commission key gaming license.
• Smartphone required for company applications and communication systems.
• All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
