Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience configuring, testing, or repairing electronic equipment
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain gaming licenses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours including evenings/holidays

Responsibilities

• Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and update our products at casino locations
• Ensure EGMs function via diagnostics, software configs, and testing; diagnose issues
• Document incident reports and maintain maintenance records clearly and precisely
• Maintain daily/weekly technical logs with attention to detail
