Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across gaming, dining, hotel, and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires troubleshooting expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, plus strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance in a commercial, hospitality, or casino setting.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on casino facilities, including gaming areas, restaurants, hotel rooms, and common spaces.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Repair casino equipment such as lighting, security systems, surveillance, and signage.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and compliant with OSHA and gaming requirements.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections per company policy.
• Support remodels, upgrades, or installations within the property.
• Collaborate with other departments and outside vendors for timely resolutions.
• Perform daily facilities tasks such as landscaping, carpentry, handyman, and sanitation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond after-hours as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
