Job summary

Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Food & Beverage Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs across the entire F&B and culinary operation at the property in Kings Mountain, NC. This role oversees multiple outlets and services, ensuring staff are certified and prepared for peak guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of food and beverage or culinary experience in a training/supervisory role.
• Active ServSafe Proctor certification required, with ability to host and document classes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula for all F&B and culinary positions.
• Coordinate ServSafe class sessions and ensure certification for all staff.
• Lead onboarding and certification for new hires across outlets and departments.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback across FOH and BOH.
• Maintain training records and certification logs; support HR compliance.
