Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across the casino property, hotel, restaurants, and back-of-house areas. Working in a 24/7, high-traffic environment, you will minimize disruption to guests while ensuring safety and reliability.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an electrician license or equivalent, and at least 3 years of commercial experience in hospitality or casino settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrician license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial electrical experience; hospitality or casino experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, panels, and circuits.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions throughout the casino, hotel, restaurants, and other property facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
• Maintain interior and exterior lighting, including parking lot, signage, and decorative lighting.
• Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and contractors on renovation and repair projects.
