Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Count Room professional to safeguard currency and voucher counting from slot machines while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. You will provide extraordinary service to guests and team members on a fast-paced casino floor.

Responsibilities include collecting funds, counting cash, data entry into the ACSC system, and maintaining neat, compliant count operations. Must be at least 21, pass background checks, and obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulatory bodies.
• Background check required.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collect funds from Slot Machines.
• Verify documentation.
• Count and count BVU boxes.
• Count live gaming device drops to determine the drop and the win.
• Process and provide accurate financial records from the daily count.
• Count, strap and wrap funds.
• Ensure count room is clean and orderly.
• Enter data into ACSC computer system.
• Communicate and provide excellent customer service to team members, guests, and vendors.
• Adhere to Illinois Gaming Regulations and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
