Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the casino, hotel lobby, restrooms, and event spaces. You will interact with guests and staff professionally while following Grand Casino policies and OSHA rules.

The role may involve operating cleaning equipment and reporting needed repairs to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred; the ability to obtain a Gaming Regulatory Authority

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Interact with guests and other departments professionally.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas including restrooms, gaming floor, hotel lobby, convention center areas and office spaces.
• Assist with cleaning ashtrays, slot machine surfaces, walls and restroom fixtures; mop and vacuum large areas.
• Operate carpet extractors, sweepers, buffers and scrubbers as required.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction by maintaining approved cleanliness standards.
