Key Job Functions

1. Distribute monies accurately to guests via check cashing, cash advances, coin conversion, foreign currency exchange, and gaming chips into currency for gaming guests.
2. Understand AML regulations and log all transactions that meet AML requirements accurately.
3. Process Fast Cash ticket redemptions accurately.
4. Communicate and execute components of Caesars Rewards program to new and existing customers.
5. Review player rating screens and issue complimentaries according to policies.
6. Maintain upbeat, positive, and thorough customer contact.
7. Replace lost cards for guests.
8. Complete all cashier paperwork accurately.
9. Follow paid in/out policies and procedures.
10. Adhere to departmental, company, regulator, and internal control policies.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to print and write legibly; fluent in English.
• Positive communication with co-workers at all levels and team-oriented attitude.
• Physically mobile with accommodations, able to carry up to 25 pounds, and push/pull up to 100 pounds. Able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance. Able to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Previous computer skills such as Word and Excel preferred.
