The role requires 21+ age, ability to work nights/holidays/weekends, and adherence to strict security and internal controls while supporting daily counting goals and timely communication with management.

• Perform soft count procedures to tally and verify cash and chips from gaming areas.
• Utilize counting equipment to count currency notes, coins, and chips with precision.
• Verify counts and report discrepancies promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed records of soft count results for each gaming area.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard counted cash and chips.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily counting goals and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
• Assist in movement of funds to departments or financial institutions as needed.
• Ensure counting equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Implement quality control to reduce counting errors and improve accuracy.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
