Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cash out customers, give correct change, and answer questions in a courteous manner.
• Place sports wagers and redeem wagering vouchers for cash.
• Count and record funds and balance cash drawer; make exchanges with vault as needed.
• Verify and document identification for check and cash transactions.
• Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
• Assist with promotions, tournaments, and guest relations; issue Oak Grove Players Cards.
