Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Cage Cashier/Player Services Rep at Turfway Park Racing & Gaming to ensure accurate cash handling and a positive guest experience. You will cash out, process checks/cash advances, and maintain balanced cash drawers in a dynamic gaming environment.

Responsibilities include verifying IDs, completing regulatory forms, and assisting as Main Banker when needed while upholding safety and service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months cashiering or banking experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain license to work at facility from regulatory body.

Responsibilities

• Cash out customers, give correct change, and answer questions courteously.
• Accurately count and record funds and make exchanges during the shift.
• Keep cash drawer balanced and handle vault exchanges.
• Verify and document personal identification for check and cash advance transactions.
• Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure safety of employees and customers.
• Fill-in as a Main Banker when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
