Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Philadelphia is seeking a Restaurant Support team member to clear tables, stock stations, and assist hosts to seat guests, ensuring a clean, fast service area.

You will handle ice, transport to kitchen, reset tables, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include a HS diploma and about 1 year of food service experience; ability to comply with state gaming regulations; English required with Asian language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: One year food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
• Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.
• Ability to communicate in English; fluency in an Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock wait stations, bar and host stand.
• Bring ice as needed.
• Clear tables of dirty dishes, linen, silverware and transport to kitchen via bus cart.
• May assist host and hostesses to seat patrons.
• Reset tables after they have been cleared.
• Other duties as assigned.
