Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Isle Casino Bettendorf is seeking a Casino Beverage Server to deliver fast, friendly beverage service on the casino floor in a high-energy environment.

You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, prepare drinks when needed, monitor guest intoxication and uphold safety policies while building positive guest relations. This is a part-time on-site role with standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Beverage/food serving experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a calm and pleasant attitude in high stress situations.
• Ability to use equipment including bar gear, Micros, and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional beverage service.
• Take beverage orders from guests, communicate orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare drink orders when Bartender is not available.
• Observe guest alcohol consumption and enforce company policy on intoxication.
• Develop and maintain positive guest relations through interactive transactions.
• Stock bar items, fill ice bins, empty garbage, mop floors, clean mats and coolers.

Job Summary

The Casino Beverage Server is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to guest on the casino floor, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate drink delivery in a high-energy environment.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional beverage service.

Responsible to take beverage orders from guests, communicate orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Responsible for preparing drink orders when Bartender is not available.

Responsible for actively observing guest alcohol consumption, signs of possible intoxication and enforcing company policy and procedure regarding limitations.

Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations through helpful and interactive guest transactions.

Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stocking bar items, filling ice bins, emptying garbage, mopping floors, cleaning bar mats and coolers to keep them clean and orderly.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

Prior Beverage/Food Serving experience preferred.

Ability to maintain a calm and pleasant attitude in high stress situations.

Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, bar equipment, Micros, and cash register.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Ability to stand, lift, bend, push and twist intermittently.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time with intermittent breaks.

Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
