Job summary

Seminole Classic Casino is seeking a Beverage Server to provide beverage service across the property, ensuring a positive guest experience and compliant service with liquor regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Mixology certificate, and preferred certifications in IPS and sanitation.

Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is expected. Uniform standards apply and the environment is fast-paced with exposure to smoke and crowds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a Mixology certificate are required.
• I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification are preferred.
• Basic math skills are required for cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to deliver high-quality service and create a positive guest experience.
• Must project excitement, enthusiasm and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve drinks and process payments courteously.
• Ensure guest satisfaction across assigned areas and assist as needed.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and training guidelines (TIPS).
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.
• Follow beverage control procedures and company policies.
