Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; bartending training a plus.
• 6–12 months experience in a high-volume bar environment.
• Must maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and handle all cash transactions.
• Perform opening/closing inventories of stock.
• Take guest orders and serve accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean and orderly bar area and monitor supplies.
• Direct and observe bar back staff and ensure compliance with policies.
