Cache Creek Casino Resort in California is seeking a friendly bartender to prepare beverages and provide beverage service in a courteous, timely manner. You will act as a cashier for the beverage outlet and ensure guest satisfaction by taking and processing drink orders.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting drink selections, mixing and presenting drinks, handling payments, balancing the house bank, and maintaining bar cleanliness and sanitation in a bustling casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control.
• Input orders at the point of sale and create a check for each guest/party to maintain accountability of beverages served.
• Replenish beverages as requested and check back with guests for satisfaction.
• Present the guests with their check promptly and thank them for visiting.
• Receive payment from guests and make change as needed.
• Verify validity and record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance monies.
• Maintain proper setup of the bar daily and keep guest areas clean and sanitary.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance within casino resort guidelines.
• Balance house bank at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Retrieve and return funds from the employee bank to the workstation to ensure accountability.
• Check stations before, during and after each shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
