Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel in Missouri is hiring a Casino Barback. You will set up bars, stock supplies, wipe counters, and assist bartenders while delivering fast, friendly guest service.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining safety standards. Starting pay is $9 per hour plus tips with shift from 10:45 am to 7:15 pm; applicants must be 21+ and able to obtain ServSafe Alcohol certification and a gaming license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Casino Barback you will:

Pay: $9.00 per hour plus tips (Tip Avg. $100- $200 per shift) | Shift:10:45 am - 7:15 pm

• tip averages are based per shift.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service.
• Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Sets up bars for operation; cuts fruit; stocks ice; empties garbage.
• Supports bartender needs; ices drink glasses and pours non-alcoholic drinks as needed.
• Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
• Maintains par stock levels and orders bar supplies as necessary; delivers orders.
• Maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures; reports any maintenance problems to manager.
• Removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurant and service stations in accordance with departmental procedures; sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling.
• Resolves service issues according to established guidelines.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
