Job summary

Circa Hospitality Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Audit Coordinator to support the Audit and Finance team across casino properties. This role emphasizes discretion, confidentiality, and professional interaction with guests and staff.

You will assist with audit reports, act as mail/audit courier, run monthly postage reports, maintain filing systems, and track tasks in Excel. A Nevada Gaming License is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of Gaming audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support to the Audit and Finance team.
• Complete audit reports as assigned.
• Act as mail and audit courier on a daily basis.
• Conduct monthly postage reports from both meters at the D and Circa.
• Filing and sorting through general administrative paperwork within the Audit and Finance departments.
• Excel tracking and logging of daily tasks.
