Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn casino systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with casino-related inquiries.
• Monitor the casino floor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Assist guests with machine operation, player rewards programs, promotions, and general property information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, escalating issues to management as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of casino promotions, events, and amenities to effectively communicate information to guests.
• Ensure gaming areas, kiosks, and guest-facing spaces are properly stocked, organized, and maintained.
• Observe gaming activities and report any irregularities, security concerns, or policy violations to management.
• Adhere to all gaming regulations, company policies, internal controls, and responsible gaming practices.
• Support special events, tournaments, promotions, and other casino activities as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reports or documentation as needed.

Job Summary

The Casino Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while supporting the daily operation of the casino floor. This role assists guests, maintains a clean and organized gaming environment, and ensures compliance with all company, gaming, and regulatory standards.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with casino-related inquiries.
• Monitor the casino floor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Assist guests with machine operation, player rewards programs, promotions, and general property information.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, entertainment, casino, or gaming experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn casino systems and technology.
• Ability to understand and follow gaming regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must meet all licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements applicable to the position.

Work Environment

Work is performed primarily on an active casino floor with frequent guest interaction. Environment may include exposure to moderate noise levels, flashing lights, and large crowds. Position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods. Regular interaction with guests, team members, vendors, and regulatory personnel.
