Job summary

CCT is seeking Accounting Consultants to visit casino properties, learn how they count, audit, and reconcile cash, and configure Casino Insight to align with each client’s chart of accounts. You will train the client’s audit and accounting staff and stay through the first month-end close to ensure accuracy.

Travel to client sites is required about once a month, with most time based at our home office. Curiosity about processes matters more than prior casino experience, and solid accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals from coursework or an internship.
• Comfortable standing in front of a room and walking people through a process.
• Careful, precise written communication. You will document processes other people depend on.
• Genuinely detail‑oriented. Reconciliations reward precision.
• Willing to travel to client properties about once a month.

Responsibilities

• Learn how each client handles money and document how their process works before changes.
• Set up the software by configuring the platform to match the client's chart of accounts and financial workflows.
• Train audit and accounting staff to use the new system in live environments.
• Support the first close by reviewing financial output, identifying and resolving imbalances, and coordinating with client staff.
• Keep the record straight by documenting each client's setup clearly for future consultants.
