As a Cashier, you are responsible for customer service and sales, including maintaining checkout standards, assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory, and upholding safety and performance standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, promote programs like Findmore, and engage actively with customers.
  2. Checkout Standards: Complete checkout processes, assist with signing and merchandising at checkouts, stock impulse fixtures, and support line management using POS tools.
  3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in inventory processes.
  4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance standards related to sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
