Job description

As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including:

• Maintaining checkout standards
• Assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory
• Upholding performance standards related to shrink/safety and meeting role-specific goals

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, demonstrate WORTH behaviors, support additional team members when needed, actively engage with customers, resolve issues, and promote programs like Findmore to drive sales.
2. Checkout Standards: Complete checkout processes, assist with returns and re-ticketing, ensure signage and merchandising standards at checkouts, stock impulse fixtures, and support line management using POS tools.
3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, assist with recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in annual inventory processes.
4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance standards including iCAP, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
