We are looking for a Cashier to join our Rowe’s Team

The purpose of this position is to ensure customers leave the store with a positive experience. This person will scan items quickly and accurately, handle money and give accurate change, bag produce and other items, keep their check stand clean and organized, and provide exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
Deliver a great shopping experience and contribute to a positive environment of teamwork.
Weigh and scan products.
Accept payment and provide change when appropriate.
Handle cash and other forms of tender accurately.
Bags products when necessary.
Maintain a neat and clean register area.
Assist in other duties as assigned.
Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
Assist as needed to ensure the success of the store as a whole.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS
