Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Cashier to deliver friendly, efficient service at the checkout. You will learn Meijer programs, assist customers, and perform transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

You must be 18+, enjoy helping people, and be comfortable with technology. Prior retail experience helps but is not required, and lifting or standing for long periods may be needed. Meijer offers weekly pay and good benefits.

Qualifications

• You’re 18 years of age or older
• You enjoy working with people and providing great service
• You’re comfortable learning and using technology
• You listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized
• You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods

• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care
