Job description

As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including:

  • Maintaining checkout standards
  • Assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory
  • Upholding performance standards related to shrink, safety, and role-specific metrics

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, demonstrate WORTH behaviors, support additional team members, actively engage customers, resolve problems, and promote programs like credit, rewards, and gift cards.
  2. Checkout Standards: Complete checkout processes, handle returns and re-ticketing, support signing and merchandising standards, stock impulse fixtures, and use POS devices to manage lines.
  3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, assist with recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in annual inventory processes.
  4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance metrics such as iCAP, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
