Summary: Assists guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise and/or renting park equipment at merchandise and rental locations throughout the park. This position is responsible for delivering a superior guest experience while enforcing all park policies and procedures.

Pay Rate: $11/hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate cash register with reasonable accuracy and efficiency.
2. Perform sales and customer service functions.
3. Maintain an image of neat, friendly, and pleasant demeanor.
4. Maintain a clean and safe sales area and work environment.
5. Communicate effectively with lead or supervisor.
6. Stock bins, shelves, and displays with merchandise.
7. Enforce all Six Flags policies.
8. Assist in other areas of the Retail Merchandising Department.
9. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Cash handling departments may be required to pass a math test.
• Good communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to learn effective and accurate use of a cash register.
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading, speaking, and understanding.

Other functions include all other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
