Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by processing transactions, assisting shoppers, and answering questions.
• Transport and merchandise clothing on the sales floor, ensuring neatness and proper display.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment by keeping the sales floor, work area, and dressing rooms clean and organized.
• Support agency initiatives and programs.
• Assist donors, provide receipts, and report security concerns.
• Perform backup support at donation entrances and other duties as assigned.
