Position Summary

The Cashier utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event-driven schedule including nights and weekends per business needs.

This role pays an hourly wage of $14.00-$15.06 and is tip eligible.

Benefits are per union agreement.

This position will remain open until August 15, 2025.

About the Venue

Allegiant Stadium is the technologically-advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and sporting events.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct cash register sales by entering orders and completing transactions.
2. Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate low stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
3. Respond to customer requests or concerns.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
5. Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages responsibly.
6. Check guest IDs in accordance with regulations to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase.
7. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Three or more months’ experience in food service industry preferred.
3. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
4. Ability to learn cash handling and operate a cash register system.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
6. Possess valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness, or equivalent.
